Prince’s Trust Canada is proud to announce that our Prince’s Operation Entrepreneur (POE) program received a 2018 Veteran Ombudsman Commendation. The Commendation was presented yesterday in Ottawa and recognizes and honours the exceptional dedication, hard-work and selfless motivation of an individual or group’s contribution to Canada’s veterans and their families.

Our POE program was created in 2012 and provides transitioning military and veterans from across Canada with the education, tools and resources they need to build confidence, develop networks and run their own successful businesses.

Since it’s creation, POE graduates have gone on to start over 270 businesses in every sector in communities across Canada.
