That’s why The King’s Trust Canada created The Network — free and fun monthly events where young people, ages 18 to 30, learn how to network and make valuable career connections!

On 📅 May 29th, you’re invited to our FREE youth networking event for young Torontonians (18 to 30) at StartWell!

Learn the fundamentals of networking with other young people and practice your networking skills with established professionals from high growth sectors who join The Network to offer practical career advice and mentorship.

This event is designed to help young people grow their professional network and explore high growth sectors such as healthcare, applied sciences, trades and transportation with a panel of expert speakers.

Abdullah El-Safadi

Abdullah El-Safadi is the Manager of Community Partnerships at Air Canada, collaborating with hundreds of partners across Canada. His career also includes significant roles in the federal government, such as a policy analyst in various departments and an infantry officer in the Canadian Armed Forces.

Abdullah holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Community, Public Affairs, and Policy Studies from Concordia University. He also has a teaching diploma from the University of Sherbrooke. Abdullah is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers, driven by passion, purpose, and a focus on social impact.

Sina Zadeh

Sina works in engineering with experience in product development and strategic initiatives. He specializes in project strategy development, process optimization, and solutions analysis for nuclear decommissioning, waste management, and the packaging and transportation of radioactive materials.

Sina began his journey designing, building, and competing with his university’s Formula SAE racing team, and spent his first professional year designing custom aftermarket performance components in the automotive and motorsports industry. He later returned to the nuclear power sector, where he’s spent the past five years working on large-scale projects and leading innovation programs focused on digital tool implementation.

Yhanique Witter

Yhanique Witter is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director, founder of Yhanique Witter consultancy and CEO of NuVou Solutions Inc. She is committed to client safety and excellence in patient care, bringing a wealth of experience in primary care and surgical expertise.

Currently, Yhanique serves as a Nurse Practitioner at Wellfort Community Health Centre and IRCC Immigration Canada, making a significant impact on community health. Her leadership and passion for advancing healthcare standards continue to inspire those around her and ensure the highest quality of care for her patients.
