Joy Badola’s journey with The King’s Trust Canada (TKTC) began in 2024, Knowing that he needed to build a network, Joy attended various TKTC programs – most notably The Network. By doing so, he was provided with the support and connections he needed to feel at home in Canada.
Through his participation in The Network, he found the conversations and connections he made through TKTC to be crucial in his professional growth. The welcoming approach and willingness of TKTC staff to help newcomers like Joy made a significant impact on his professional development – learning about the Canadian job market and gaining insights that traditional schooling couldn’t provide.
